Hardy Bros. CC DeFrance Bamboo Rod 6'6 5wt

For sale here is a Hardy CC DeFrance bamboo fly rod made in 1956. 6'6" two sections with one tip, as was typical with the CC DeFrance rods. Serial H9646. Blonde cane, reverse twist snake guides, agate stripper, oxidized brass ferrules, small cigar grip, bright aluminum cap and ring, dark brown silks with full intermediates. The rod is in excellent original condition. Fast action. All sections are full-length and straight. The tip is shorter than the butt (these rods were made that way). Comes with its original labeled tube and a replacement bag.
