For sale here is a Hardy Palakona bamboo fly rod made in September 1996. 7'6" 2/2 for a 5 weight line. Serial 1JL151334. Weighs 4 1/4 oz. Size 13/64 ferrules with a nice fit. On the medium side of medium fast action -- definitely not as fast as some of the Hardy trout rods. The rod is in mint condition. The original Hardy rod bag with ties and ferrule plug pocket is included. It did not original come with a rod tube but the rod will be shipped very securely. The original owner's name "David R. Hobbs" is inked on the cane above the other standard Hardy inscriptions.
