For sale here is a scarce Hardy Palakona "The Deluxe Rod". Serial number D1453 made in 1922. Nine feet, three sections with two tips. The rod is completely original and in good condition, with the exception of one tip being broken at the tip top. Burgundy silks with full brown intermediates. Uplocking aluminum reel seat over bakelite. The grip is in wonderful shape. Includes the mid-section ferrule plug. Comes with its original Hardy bag and bamboo rod tube.
