For sale here is a scarce Hardy Palakona "The Marvel" bamboo rod. 7 1/2 feet, three sections with two tips, for a four or five weight line. The rod is in excellent+ condition. All sections are full-length and straight. Lime green silks with apricot tipping. Aluminum cap and ring over all-cork reel seat. There's a "7" stamped into both the male and female ferrules, which are size 11/64 and 15/64. Serial number H62978 made in 1965. Weighs 2.9 oz. Complete with ferrule plugs. Comes with its original Hardy bag but no tube.
