For sale here is a Gary Howells bamboo rod in mint condition - 8 feet for a 5 weight in the standard 2/2 format, labeled 3 3/4 oz. Serial number 4811. Ferrules are 13/64 with an excellent fit. Carbide stripping guide. Wrapped in brown thread with gold trim. Reverse half wells grip, cap and ring reel seat over a zebra wood spacer. Includes bag and labeled aluminum tube. Definitely an upgrade potential here for the Howells fisherman/collector!
