For sale here is a brand new Kingpin Spey Reel. This is a workhorse of a reel, finely constructed and includes a palmable rim. Left or right hand wind construction. Serial #135. This one comes with a white handle. I have another listed for sale with a black handle.

We have been working meticulously with anglers in Europe and North America to produce a classic British gear and pawl click adjustable drag reel. Great attention has been paid to the contour detail of the palming rim.
The Gear and Pawl are made from a special stainless steel which is perfect for super hardening. The reel comes with 2 pawls for easy switch from left to right hand.
The lower section of the backplate cage has 2 Brass line guards to eliminate wear on the reel and damage to line.
All fittings are made in house. In the process we have eliminated all slots, so the reel comes with beautifully domed slotless Brass fittings that contribute to reel’s quality appearance (Please note the attention to the handle axel and studs on the backplate).
The finish on this reel is Defence Standard Type 3 hard anodising which makes the reel scratch resistant.
A true classic reel built by aerospace engineers in collaboration with distinguished anglers using state of the art machinery to the highest standards possible.

- We ship at cost to the buyer and in the majority of cases do so via UPS with full insurance and signature. There are cheaper options but our experience has been that you get what you pay for and that it's not worth taking risks when shipping what are often one-of-a-kind items. Your shipping estimate will be calculated at checkout and if you have any questions please contact us. Please note the buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties or fees that may levied. Due to the importance of packing items carefully please allow up to two weeks for arrival (depending on how busy we are) though we certainly do our best to get items to you as expeditiously as possible.

- Unless otherwise noted, all items come with a 3-day inspection period during which they can be returned to us for a full refund (provided that they are in the same condition in which they left our shop). Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. If an item is returned, we will issue a refund within 10 days upon receipt.
