For sale here is a HL Leonard Hunt Model 39-4 bamboo rod -- 7 1/2 feet 2/2 4wt. Excellent plus original condition. Beautifully varnished flamed cane. This rod comes from around the end of Tom Maxwell's tenure at the Leonard Rod Co. All sections are full length. Slim cigar grip with no soiling. Beautiful classic post-fire Leonard Hunt model with red wraps. Mildrum stripping guide. Blued german silver cap and ring reel seat and blued guides and tip tops. Includes original tan bag and original aluminum tube with brass fittings.
