For sale here is a Payne Model 100 bamboo rod in fair condition. Classic Payne dry fly action. The wraps are the Payne-typical brown silk tipped with gold. The varnish is soft and probably needs a re-application. One tip is short. All wraps are secure and original. There are no issues with the cane.
