For sale here is a Jim Reams 8'3", 2/2, 5 weight, hollowbuilt bamboo rod with full wells grip, up-locking slide band reel seat and blued hardware. The rod is in excellent used condition. Great ferrule fit - size 14/64. The rod weighs 4 1/4 oz. Medium fast action. The varnish is in great condition with nothing of concern to note. The reel seat spacer is in fine condition. Jim uses a great bluing formula and therefore the bluing is still mostly intact, showing evidence of use specifically on the tip tops. Comes with standard labeled rod tube and bag. The prior owner drilled holes in the tube collar and cap for ventilation purposes.
