For sale here is a Jim Reams -- 7'8" 2/2 3-4wt hollow-built bamboo rod. Serial no. 169-P2-8-06. Excellent condition. All sections are full length and straight.

The rod features moderately tempered cane with transparent honey wraps and chestnut tipping. Blued hardware throughout. The elegant script remains clean and bold. Full wells grip 6 1/8" in length with mild soiling though the cork remains very smooth. Blued nickel silver up-locking reel seat over a beautiful mortised burlwood spacer. The truncated Swiss-style ferrules have a perfect fit. The rod weighs a svelte 3.30 oz. Medium-fast action.
