For sale here is a D.L. Robichaud #5 Traditional Trout fly reel with removable back cover (comes with an additional spare spool as well). This spool removal method is very easy and a very nice feature with these reels. In the once crowded field of classic S-handle styled reels being made, I have to admit that these Robichauds are my absolute favorite choice, given their cost to quality ratio. This one is Model #5. Mint condition. Right hand retrieve only. Traditional fixed click/pawl. Made to hold a 5wt line plus backing. 3" diameter. Frame width is 1.34". Weighs 4.6 oz. Also comes with the original reel pouch with Robichaud's stamped impression. These rarely surface on the resale market.
