A Scientific Anglers System 8 fly reel for 6/7/8 wt lines. 3 5/8" diameter. Made by Hardy in England for Scientific Anglers. Adjustable click/pawl drag system with a palmable spool. Nickel silver one-screw reversible line guide. Set for LHW but can be easily converted to RHW. The reel is in good used condition with normal cosmetic wear throughout. The reel comes in the original blue zippered reel case. These spools and frames are interchangeable with the Hardy Marquis series.

There are cheaper options but our experience has been that you get what you pay for and that it's not worth taking risks when shipping what are often one-of-a-kind items. Due to the importance of packing items carefully please allow up to two weeks for arrival (depending on how busy we are) though we certainly do our best to get items to you as expeditiously as possible.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. If an item is returned, we will issue a refund within 10 days upon receipt.
