A nice Ted Godfrey Paradigm Malleo fly reel, 2 3/4" diameter and set up for LHW. Near mint condition with just a few tiny traces of use. The reel couldn't have been fished more than a time or two. S-handle design with nickel silver rims and polished black sideplates. The spool and sideplates on the cranking side are ventilated. The reel weighs 5.3 ounces on my scale. Designed to hold a DT5 and 25 yards of backing. The disc drag is nice and smooth and is adjusted via a ten-position lever on the backplate (it's hard to find a small classic trout reel with an adjustable drag like this). The reel packs into a light suede zipper pouch with the reel's paperwork tucked inside (the reel is serial #929 and was made in July of 2009). A nice little classic reel to pair with your favorite bamboo rod.
