For sale here is a scarce reel made for the Thomas and Thomas Rod Company in the late 1970's by the Hart reel company of Long Island, NY, makers of the Marquessa and Umpqua fly reels. Aluminum rings and delrin plates. Right hand retrieve. Cosmetically the reel is in near mint condition. The drag is adequately strong as is but adjusting the lever on the backplate does not result in a stronger drag. The reel comes with its original leather T&T reel case. These don't surface on the resale market very often, so don't miss out on this one!
Diameter 2 3/4", spool width 15/16", weight 4.95 oz. Capacity DT5 plus 50yds or WF6 plus 75yds.

- We ship at cost to the buyer and in the majority of cases do so via UPS with full insurance and signature. There are cheaper options but our experience has been that you get what you pay for and that it's not worth taking risks when shipping what are often one-of-a-kind items. Due to the importance of packing items carefully please allow up to two weeks for arrival (depending on how busy we are) though we certainly do our best to get items to you as expeditiously as possible.

- Unless otherwise noted, all items come with a 3-day inspection period during which they can be returned to us for a full refund (provided that they are in the same condition in which they left our shop). Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. If an item is returned, we will issue a refund within 10 days upon receipt.
