An excellent Thomas and Thomas Specialist bamboo fly rod, 7'6", 3-piece, 2-tip, and built for a #4 line. Serial #5315 and weighing 5.3 ounces. Mint condition. A most unusual T&T with engraved ferrules, seat hardware, and with nickel silver ferrule plugs and male ferrule covers. Medium fast action. Medium flame toned bamboo with a bit of tiger striping. Three up node pattern construction. Light brown main wraps with darker brown edges and dark brown at the ferrules. The usual superb coat of varnish from T&T. SRMC stripper and chrome snake guides and tip tops. Both the female ferrules are ornately engraved as well as the male collar. Both ferrules have nickel silver ferrule plugs and all the males have nickel silver sleeves fitting over the slides. The grip is 5 1/2" long and shaped to a medium cigar profile with a hidden pocket cap for the nickel silver uplocking screwlock. The slide itself is stamped "Thomas and Thomas, Makers" and both it and the bottom plug are ornately engraved. The mortised wood spacer is perfectly varnished and is a fabulous piece of smokey walnut. The rod packs into a tan cloth bag and black painted brass topped tube with the T&T logo data sticker. Additionally the rod also comes with a leather tube with a carrying handle stamped with the T&T logo and casting man as well as "Thomas and Thomas, Fine Fly Rods". I believe Troy Jacques at T&T A very nice package here indeed!

Shipping Information
- We ship at cost to the buyer and in the majority of cases do so via UPS with full insurance and signature. There are cheaper options but our experience has been that you get what you pay for and that it's not worth taking risks when shipping what are often one-of-a-kind items. Your shipping estimate will be calculated at checkout and if you have any questions please contact us. Please note the buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties or fees that may levied. Due to the importance of packing items carefully please allow up to two weeks for arrival (depending on how busy we are) though we certainly do our best to get items to you as expeditiously as possible.

- Unless otherwise noted, all items come with a 3-day inspection period during which they can be returned to us for a full refund (provided that they are in the same condition in which they left our shop). Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. If an item is returned, we will issue a refund within 10 days upon receipt.
