A nice Jon Parker bamboo fly rod, 7'3", 2-piece, 2-tip, and built for a #4 line. Serial #9166. 3.8 ounces. Mint condition with plastic covering 7/8ths of the grip. DF action. Light flame colored cane with a spiral node pattern. Oiled finish to the rod shafts. The main wraps are brown with black edges and both black and brown at the ferrules. There is a band of green and a band of red to distinguish the tips. Carbide stripper and all black snake guides. The ferrules are super Z swiss and oxidized. The grip is 5 3/4" and shaped to a medium cigar. The reel seat is a burl walnut slide band with an oxidized cap and ring. The bag is tan with a stiffener and the rod packs into a brushed aluminum tube with brass fittings.
