A nice Jim Reams bamboo fly rod, 8'6", 2-piece, 2-tip, and built for a #4/. Hollow built, serial #32915. 4.3 oucnes. Mint condition. DF action. Tan color cane with a two up spiral node pattern. Varnished rod with light brown wraps with black edges. The semi-truncated swiss ferrules are oxidized. The half wells grip is 6 1/4" long with a hidden pocket cap. The uplocking slide band seat spacer looks like a stabilized wood burl. The ring and base plate are oxidized. The rod packs into a brown cloth bag and an eye catching leather tube embossed with "James L Reams, Bamboo Rods".
