For sale here is a Julius Vom Hofe made size 4 nickel silver & hard rubber fly reel. 2 1/4" diameter, 1" wide spool. Hard rubber side plates, half-crank style handle and nickel silver incised rims (on both rings!) Artfully bolstered pillars, knurled bearing cap, and knurled handle arm screw. The JVH stamp is fairly clear on the headplate. Condition is excellent, with blemish free and unpolished hard rubber, strong constant click and full length, unaltered german silver foot. Right hand retrieve. All screws are in good condition.
