A nice Orvis Battenkill bamboo fly rod, 6'6", 2-piece, 2-tip, and listed for a #6. No serial number. 2.9 ounces. Feels to me like this would work with a #5 as well. Very light use with the beginning of a ferrule wrap crack at the female but no other sign of use. Medium slow action. Impregnated, 3 up node pattern with oven tempered cane. Brown wraps and oxidized step ferrules. The grip is 5" long and done in a cigar profile the tapers to an overwrap at the keeper. The reel seat is a downlocking aluminum screwlock and pocket cap with a varnished walnut spacer. The rod bag is brown with printed fish and game birds and the Orvis logo. The rod tube is in good original condition with the Orvis date sticker.
